Shanthini has spent more than a decade working in the design industry, with experience across residential and boutique commercial interiors. Her background includes independent practice and time with international design brands, including Holly Hunt, shaping an approach grounded in materiality, craftsmanship, and the details that influence how a space is experienced.

She has also served on the board of the Goldstein Museum of Design at the University of Minnesota, an experience that deepened her connection to the Twin Cities design community and the role design can play within it.

Her work extends beyond interiors to the experience of gathering and everyday life. Inspired by hospitality, storytelling, and the rituals that happen within a space, she approaches each project with an interest in how people live, gather, and connect.
